Gamarq, the company behind AnyHire.com is an Australian company based on the Sunshine Coast in south-east Queensland. Our mission is to radically simplify hiring/renting, to expand the hire/rental market for the benefit of everyone and to substantially contribute to the global sharing trend.
Simplify Hiring/Renting
Anyhire.com is, in essence, a search engine dedicated to items for hire. For renters, we make the whole hiring process much easier by putting item searches, product availability, and price comparisons all in one place. Then we further simplify by allowing one-stop payment of multiple hires. For lenders, easy listing procedures coupled with advanced business options mean anyone from a homeowner to a megacorporation can list their items for hire.
Expand the Market
By consolidating all rentals at one place, we make it much easier for customers to find items for hire. When something is simpler, people do it more. In this particular case, this translates to more customers for the overall hire/rental industry.
By streamlining the listing process we empower private individuals to make items available in areas and categories where professional hiring/renting is non-existent or is difficult to access. Lenders can reach more renters. Renters can access more items more easily. Everybody wins!
The Company
Gamarq Pty. Ltd. is a proprietary limited company based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. Gamarq is the brainchild of Marek Vsechovsky, current CEO and Lead Developer. Gamarq is proudly an Australian company, with a minority share held by outside investors. Gamarq specializes in web-based rental solutions.
People
Marek Vsechovsky (Founder) is a seasoned business and sales person and an experienced analyst / programmer. 
He studied microelectronics and then business in the Czech Republic and later obtained professional developer certifications from Microsoft in Australia. Before relocating to Australia he worked as sales representative and sales manager for several international companies and also designed and programmed a couple of strategic business applications, notably for the technology division of Group 4 Securitas.
After relocating to Australia, Marek contracted for several large Australian corporations and for many departments of the Australian government.
Among other things Marek loves to travel off the beaten track, soaking in other cultures. During his time off he works on fulfilling a lifelong dream of traveling around the world on his motorbike. The first leg of the journey was a solo 23-thousand kilometer trip across Asia, which took seven months to complete.
In 2005, Marek and a good friend started hatching a plan for an Internet business. After the friend pulled out shortly after, Marek developed the idea for AnyHire. He started working on AnyHire at the start of 2006, developing several related ideas in the process. When the first online competition appeared and was identified in 2008, the focus shifted fully on finishing the development of AnyHire.com. Two years of fierce development later the first public version of the most advanced hire & rental platform, AnyHire.com, was finished 3.11.2010 and publically announced 4.1.2011.
Milan Sruma (Director Europe) Has extensive hands-on experience in building companies from the ground up and in people management. 
In 1990, after graduating from the field of agriculture and the following studies of management with the American Association of Collegiate Schools of Business he applied his knowledge in the real world by funding company which is now one of the stable pillars of the Czech building industry.
Milan loves traveling and apart from almost constant roaming of Europe with his motorhome he regularly embarks on deeper explorations of the wider world when he travels the remaining continents. Milan also loves photography and his animal farm where he lives not far from the beautiful medieval Kutna Hora.
Milan joined AnyHire through his company sk PLUS spol.s r.o. as an investor and owner of minority share in the parent company, Gamarq Pty Ltd. His enthusiasm and strong believe in success of AnyHire.com makes Milan to dedicate more and more of his time with the project and currently serves as the director for Europe.
Joshua Matthews (Director of Registrations) has impressive history in sales and is our customer contact person. 
Josh's proven abilities developing and implementing successful sales strategies with Fortune 500 companies and technology driven start-up companies alike make him an ideal fit as Head of Sales.
Hailing all the way from Portland, Oregon in the USA, Josh is leading the effort to drive registration and revenue. With 17 years of sales experience and award winning leadership performance we are excited to have him on board as a valued member of our team.
Carlo Marchese (Marketing Consultant) is our marketing and advertising guru. Carlo Marchese started his career
in to the advertising industry back in 1984 running his own marketing company. In his 27 years of experience he has worked with many different industry companies and on many different projects locally, nationally as well as internationally. Carlo is helping to find the ‘creative direction needed to drive and grow the AnyHire business’ and to reach the widest audience possible so that AnyHire.com can fullfil its funding idea - to make hiring easier and much more accessible to everybody on global scale.
